I bought one in the last sale for the same price a few months ago.
This watch is assembled in China whereas my other citizens were assembled in Thailand. This may be a deal breaker for some but comes with 5 years warranty anyway.
For the money and ISO certified its a good price. Lume is pretty good but not lumabrite good.
Is Thailand generally superior in this area? I had no idea they assembled watches

My other 2 Citizens CA0700-86E & BN0193-17E which are more expensive were assembled in Thailand.My citizen satellite wave is made in china and is more expensive than your watch. So i doubt it means anything.
Great watch and an awesome price. I have the BN0190-82E which is the same model but black/silver on a bracelet instead of black/gold on a rubber strap. Just be aware the case is fairly large and heavy. The rubber strap is probably more comfortable than the bracelet, but you can easily swap it for any other 22mm strap like a NATO strap if you prefer (FWIW I got this one for my watch).

Great price bought it in a previous sale for $229, back to $249 now, very happy! Looks much better than images imply, gold finish is more bronze-gold than rose-gold, lume is impressive too!
