Shower mirror (something to hang or stick on tiles or shower door)

Looking for some good sizeable options for shower mirror mainly for shaving.

There are some $4 to $8 I think smartphone sized hangable mirrors using suction cups on ebay when looking up shower mirrors but they seem a bit too small I think would want something bigger than a book maybe the size roughly of a frying pan but taking any good suggestions.

I found this over the door large mirror but it is actually too long and not wide enough funnily enough I would need something maybe more landscape than thin portrait orientation.

It is $25.

So yeah between smartphone sized suction cup with hook mirror and door size hang over the shower wall with two hooks what are your suggestions for getting a mirror to use inside the shower.

I'm going to keep looking but current options seem a bit dim.

Probably will side with the ebay smartphone size one for now and go from there unless I find a better alternative from you guys.

Thanks ozbargain fam.

You need something anti-fog, and designed for the purpose. That over the door one is definitely not fit for purpose

I've got this one, and was going to suggest it as well. Had it for a bit over a year, and can't fault it. I'm not sure how "fog-free" it is, but I've usually got a bit of water I can splash on it which does the trick

    • Similar to this one or would this be a bad knock off?

      cheap one from ebay

      another cheap one from ebay

Both from China so I am thinking this might be the source or supplier of your nice more authentic but more expensive link?

  • mainly for shaving

I mean what do you suggest.

    • Then you want the mirrors that magnify.

I bought a suction cup type from IKEA. The size is adequate for me almost like an iPad mini.

I would look at something like this. Removable and can be stuck to tiles. We haven’t got the mirror but we do have a rod with these that we put our washer on. It allows it to dry out better. We’ve had problems in the past with the suctions cups failing but we haven’t had any issues with this brand. Membership is free.

  • Why would you want to shave in the shower

      Easier.

The sinks at my place would be Hell to clean and too tiny for proper shaving I have tried.

Shower is more convenient and should be ok if the hairs are tiny.
