Thought it'd be a reasonable deal for those just looking for a dinner suit or something of the like.
If you're anything like me though, you won't buy one because you don't have a clue what size you are! Still, seems like a good deal :)
I've bought 100% Wool (Super 100s) suits for $99 at Fletcher Jones and for about $130 at Oxford (down from $400 and $500 respectively - fit is great, only some slight adjustments needed for leg length). Much better quality than anything you'd find at Lowes or most other places for that kind of price. Mind you, if the person buying only needs it for occasional wear and is short in money (where $20 makes a big difference) then $79 for a suit isn't that bad. Personally, I'd rather take a look at my local DFO or Bridge Street or anyplace with a Factory Outlet and spend that little bit extra for something that looks and feels much better and doesn't make me feel like I'm wearing a plastic bag. Also, you get to find out your size that way.
material? I'm guessing polyester.
for $79 it would be good to wear to the races or a wedding (not yours or a close relative or friend) where you can get hideously drunk and throw up all over it and then hose it down the next day.
eww yuck. I bought my suit from Witchery on sale for $190 and its wool. much better deal.
Doesnt fit perfect, but for that price I dont care. I will take it to the tailor if I can be bothered.
