        My understanding is that this device does not monitor blood pressure. It is supposed to monitor heart rate and its new feature is supposed to measure blood oxygen saturation. However I heard the latter feature depends on version. Can you confirm if blood oxygen (spo2) monitoring is available on this model?

          I bought one from the above sale. It does not have spO2 (oxygen) measurement, only heart rate.

        Well had a fitbit charge 3 for half a day bit it was tracking while I was driving so i took it back and got a honor instead

    Rep my recent purchase with TomTop has been disappointing. Bought two unbranded smartbands, one of them DOA and the other one is not as photos in the product description. TomTop wouldn't refund until I raised a dispute with PayPal.

    I guess the most disappointing part is that the item is not as described, sent videos which clearly shows that the smart band UI is totally different to the photos but TomTop still insists that they don't see the problem.

        I ordered this on the 23rd of September, and it was shipped on the 26th. I had selected duty free shipping, which was supposed to arrive in 8 business days. It has been 10 business days since it was shipped yet the last update was on the 28th of Sep. Can you take a look at it? Thanks

      I bought using this option, and it did indeed arrive within the expected time. The parcel had a NSW address on it, shipped by 'Landmark'.
