    Be careful with the voucher code on this; don't input it on the payment screen as I was just charged the full amount despite the fact that the order updated to $25 before confirming payment. Made a call right away and now have to wait to be refunded on the difference. Hope it doesn't cause any problems for my ShopBack, which I used the extension for the additional $2 cashback.

    • Yeah, I made the same mistake. Was charged full price, contacted them and they had no idea about the promo. Most annoying 1 hour spent

    I followed it up because I hadn't received a shipping email.

    The reply:

    "Thank you for contacting Katies Customer care.

    I have looked into your order and can see there was an IT glitch during the time you placed your order, which unfortunately meant it was not processed.
