Was just at IGA Carindale and saw this deal. I've never seen Mother this cheap so I picked up 6 packs for myself :D

1.24/L - cheaper than petrol.

EDIT: The best before is 7/10/11. I don't think these things can go off though because I'm pretty sure Mother is squeezed out of a giant alien worm creature. Or is that Slurm? I can never remember.

nah Coke just wants the best market share. mother is the cheapest energy drink to buy wholesale as well.

energy drinks do not actually cost $3 a can to make, they should really cost the same as a normal can of soft drink.. but people pay extra for the supposed energy kick, which I dont get anyway

Actually they are repackaging, going from can to glass bottle. Must be why they are clearing the rest of the canned stock before the new launch one would assume.
