Lowest PAYG Data Rate Long Expiry Prepaid Plan

Asking for a friend … as he only uses very small amount of data on monthly basis (100 - 200 MB), my gut feel is that he best using PAYG and pay whatever he uses … do we know which provider charges lowest rate for data usage and counted per KB block as opposed to MB ?

    I think with the price I paid for a year of Lebara medium, it ended up at about $12 a month. Do you your friend, need cheaper than that?

      yes, the friend been paying $5 per month currently with Vodafone and quota of 500 mb which he does not use anyway, hence thinking about PAYG.

        Wow, I don't think your friend will get much lower than that. I'm pretty sure the law of diminishing returns will start to creep in, and if your friend can find anything cheaper, it will require jumping through hoops, or dealing with an extremely dodgy provider.

        so you have been paying $5 with 500mb quota but only used 100-200mb per month, but then you still want to switch to PAYG?

            @tempura: u can do the same with tesltra + data banking. Buying credit 2 me off ebay or someone puts the price down.

            It requuires you to switch from long life to pre paid max pln

    Belong have 1GB for $10 and they allow mobile data banking.
