You can cook with the ac's exhaust port, but it will be more like an air fryer, not a bbq

You would need to smoke inside the house, but avoid menthols, unless you like your meat minty

The pantera bbq is quite good. Bought one last year. It’s a poor man’s Weber Q. Size is between Weber Q1000 and Q2000. Comes with cart. Unlike Weber Q.
Aldi sold covers for pantera 2-3 weeks ago for $20. Grab a cover if they still have them.
Wish they had red colour last year. I got the black colour one instead of light grey.
