    Nobody has ever bought these beans at $60kg. I was buying reformatorylab beans from my local coffee shop @$45 per kg but that was only after we had tasted the roast. Who is buying a $40 x 1kg bag of beans untasted? Sure as heck not me.

          @MiracleWarrior84: Just some more feedback, I recently bought 4 sample packs. I don't particularly like any. So a 1kg pack would be a gamble.

  I am a big fan of bada bean;have been ordering the organic, fair trade and recently empire multiple times.

  What makes this one so much "specialer" to warrant the premium? If I am not mistaken all the above retail at 39/kg when NOT on special.

    Hi BlueDiesel, the cost increase is down to the raw bean cost, they come at a premium. In my opinion, it's top draw.

  I had tried the Empire Roasted Coffee Beans and it is rather mild for me in taste and odour. How is the Stallion compared?

    Hey, I personally wouldn't describe Empire as mild, but saying that the Stallion does feel more intense.
