KFCTREATS

Just noticed this on KFC's Instagram story. KFC and Menulog are offering 25% off all delivery orders made through the Menulog APP/Website this Friday and Weekend.

"KFC Australia and Menulog are offering 25 per cent off for one order as a Halloween promotion.

Valid until 11:59pm on Sunday November 3, Menulog users who enter the code 'KFCTREATS' will receive 25 per cent off the total price for their KFC order.

The code can only be used once per Menulog account. The discount will only be applied for prepaid delivery orders – not for pick-up or cash payments."

It says "through Menulog" in the title.

KFC and Menulog are offering 25% off all orders made through the Menulog

Aren't the prices on menulog higher than in the store though???

    • +5

Correct, plus at least in NSW it's a $8.95 delivery fee.

      • +5

So what would be the real saving then?

Compared to just walking into the store?

        • +1

There isn't one. Unless you HAVE to get delivery in the area your in, or were going to buy kfc from menulog this weekend anyway I guess you're saving something.

It is a great deal if you have a free delivery code from menulog they send those out every now and then.

        • -5

The saving would be 25% off what you would normally pay to get KFC delivered. I thought that was pretty obvious.

      • Is it possible to order pickup and avoid the delivery fee?

          • @nafe: Whoops, looks like I can't read!

          Nope, t&c mentioned that.

Last time I ordered from my local kfc from Menulog, the deliver driver opened my bag and stole my go bucket and half the chips from my 3 large chips. If anyone does order tell them you want the bags sealed!

I pre-ordered for a 12pm delivery from a KFC near my work. Waited, Waited. 12:40pm rolls around and no driver assigned still.
Got onto their live chat to complain and miraculously a driver is assigned and my new Delivery time is 12:58pm.
      Never. Again.

I’ve had this exact same situation happen a few times with Menulog. As much as I want to use them over Uber Eats, there have been a ton of issues with drivers never getting assigned / late deliveries etc.

in all fairness to the driver, the KFC smell is impossible to resist, I would do the same if I was boxed in a car with it.

    • Interesting! Last time I ordered from KFC through Menulog I was pleasantly surprised to find my bag was sealed.

  • +1

One time the driver was 50 minutes away from the kfc that I ordered through.

And it was only a 5 minute drive from where I live but I was crippled that day

    • I reckon that's what happened to my order!

  • how do I order Cola chicken?

    • You say to them “hello. I would like an upsize cola chicken combo please”

  • +1

Based on a $30 order and using shopback, it's cheaper than picking it up in store.

Rubbish peformance by KFC - all 4 stores in my delivery zone on Menulog are set to "Closed". Not downvoting the deal, but disappointing none the less.

    • Same here. All of my nearby stores are marked as "Closed" even though their opening hours are set to "open"

  • Always having missing chicken pieces when ordering from KFC Haynes in Armadale WA

    • didn't get what was ordered => paypal payment clawback => free chicken
