Sonos Sub $845 (with $50 gift card) $795

Other brands and items available I have just listed the sonos gear. Decent prices if you need now, I would expect a touch better coming for Black Friday & Boxing Day.

I suspect this is a sonos directed sale, several retailers in the last few days have reduced Sonos gear to similar levels.

Not bad but prices are lower at Klaap

    • One is, beam is $4 cheaper @ HN

Move is $519 at Klaap. Still $550 at HN.

  • I wanted a Sonos Play 5 until someone rocked my world by telling me it's got no Bluetooth.

The sound is great for the size and <$550 is reasonable.

    • Yeah, it's a bit annoying. You can get around this by plugging in a Chromecast Audio or a Soniq equivalent. This also enables casting from a device and other apps which are supported as well on the Sonos system. Hope that helps

      • CCA doesn't have bluetooth. And you can push almost anything using airplay2.

        • I didn't know this when I bought my sonos beam but beam comes with airplay. It gives you more options.

  • The SONOS Move isn't a bad price either but still about $100-$150 too much for me!

    Sonos is great

Have a playbase and 2 Play:1s as rear speakers.

Now waiting for a price error on Amazon for a play 5 and sub to complete the setup lol

    • i am waiting on a historical low price to get a sub for my beam before getting one/sl fillers

  • Also worth checking out the Sonos One SL (=Sonos One without microphone)
    Normal price $269, sale -15% is $228.
Good option as second speaker in stereo setup with a Sonos One (as you only need one with voice control) OR maybe you anyway don't want a speaker with a microphone in your house…

  • Epic?
    At 15% off?
Where have we come to HN?

Its actually quite good for sonos gear. normal sales are usually 10%

  • Klipsch 5.1 Quintet Speaker Pack - $1195
    Jamo S807 5.1 Speaker Pack (has been $995 12/2018) - $1188

    Sonos Connect - $463

If anyone thinks they are good prices.

  • With quite a few retailers dropping Play 5 Gen 2 to $548, anyone get the feeling a Gen 3 is imminent?! Voice control, maaaybe bluetooth (prob not ha - that's what the Move's for?!). Be nice if there's a Black Friday clear out!

    • seeing these prices now i still have hope they go a bit lower for black friday, otherwise its going to mean having to wait till boxing day
