Good post! and true, you have got quite a lot of posts with thehut. Why not sing up for the affiliate program?

Haha yeah maybe, although to be honest, I am happy with the fuzzy feeling I get finding bargains that makes gaming cheaper for Aussies :D

  • This deal is even better than the $36 with charger kit deal. Oh and a bit of warning for interested buyers, the delivery time is rather long for thehut

    • +4

      For the price, who cares?

    • but i want a plug and play too

      • you can also buy it on the website, which price is very low and the quality is not bad.

    • You're right about the delivery times being long. My order status says the controller will be dispatched on 1/8/11, but the 2 games I ordered at the same time won't be dispatched until an estimated 6/9/11. I'm not too fussed as they were a bargain but 5 weeks is a long time. Wonder why it takes them so long to get stock of current games?

  • nice deal, thanks

    • +4

      nah, it's not

  • Already placed the order with free delivery. Great deal.

  • Picked up a wired one for the same price. Always wanted to try it on PC.

  • Hmmm, Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age Origins?

    I'm thinking I'd enjoy DA:O more.

Ordered DA:O. Apparently it will be $10.70 with the current exchange rate, and thats what the bidding is up to on a game I'm selling on eBay. Perfect :D

    • +1

DA:O is excellent but Mass Effect 2 is the hands down winner for me.

  • +2

Just reminding everyone that ME2 is also at £6.85

    • Oh, and £6.85 to AUD = $10

The Aussie dollar is looking sizzling HOT!

  • Does this work with PC as well. I think xbox controllers do work with :windows game live" but can't be too sure

  • Great post! I grabbed a controller + Fight Night Champion and Kinect Motion Sports all for £17.85 each. Bargain!

  • For anyone who is interested, I just used the discount code '1422-2D44-63C9' for a further 10% off.

    :)

    • I assume that is a one off code for your use only?

      • I actually found it on a random website after an hour of searching so I don't think so..

        • Yeah right! Looks very similar to a Zavvi code I got recently…tried yours and it didn't work for me…hope you got to use it ; )

        • Update: I just tried the code again and it's now invalid. I guess I was just really lucky to be the first to stumble across it. Sorry guys!

  • sweet find. Gotta get some new controllers for when AC:R comes out. Let's hope it comes in time haha

Props to the OP for posting, because the more who take advantage of such deals the more chance we've got of pressuring our retailers to stop gouging us.

I got the controller and wireless pack from their other site, Zavvi, for $36-37 a few weeks back.
Ridiculous that we can source such products for those prices when stores here want a minimum of $65 for the controller alone.

  • controllers all sold out ;-(

  • crap…sold out.

  • oh damn! should have bought one last night

  • Solid deals. Really cheap price for the wireless headset too. Good find!!

    • The new 360 Wireless headset is out soon, better battery life/clearer

  • You can buy them localy for $38 with free shipping
This one comes with a USB dongle to use on your PC as well.

      ozgameshop isn't local mate :)

      • -1

        deceptive name then..

        • +2

If you've bought from ozgameshop before then it should be painstakingly obvious from the lack of Australian ratings on the games that they aren't local, as well as the fact games take a week - 2 weeks to arrive and that it says the sender is from the UK :p. Doesn't change the fact they're still one of the best sources on the net for cheap games though!!

    • +2

They are based in UK dude

  • Sold Out.
