      • Definitely havent cancelled yet. Sent a msg through today. Even that was trying as I had to use the 'before I buy' field as my order wasn't being listed on my account. luckily It was only yesterday I initiated the trial. Too many clear problems compounded with ''likely'' lies will probably make for a successful entrapment scam.

    other reasons for 'cancel renewal' button not appearing seem to be from a convenient glitch. Russian Scam.

    You may cancel the annual renewal of your Kogan First membership at any time by logging into your Kogan.com account, selecting Kogan First from the menu, and then clicking "Cancel Renewal".

    (Then gave me the help desk walk through instructions)

    I have raised this with one of our Senior Team members.

    They will look into this and assist you via email as soon as possible.

    Im confident I will still be charged for the year membership as Im certain I never completed a cancellation. Still skeptical of their just assume its cancelled instead of actually implementing an update page.

            @spackbace: Maybe they should have comprehended my initial one-sentence message and guaranteed that it was cancelled in the first reply. Just took me into another level of their entrapment bullshit.

  • Had the same experience. Thought I signed up to Kogan First on the way through the checkout buying some shoes. Ended up paying delivery somehow. Go to cancel Kogan First but no option to. Go to sign up for the free trial and it says I have already used it. Go back to cancel, no option. Endless loop.

    I've submitted a ticket. I just don't want to be chasing up $99 from these guys.

    As expected, I ended up being charged for the $99 subscription. The recovery of the funds was however quite fast.

        • This just happened to. Signed up with a product in cart. It ended up charging me delivery anyway! and now I can't cancel. Seems to be a bug when you purchase a product with the Kogan First?

  • This just happened to me too. I know I didn't cancel because its set as a reminder. Just went and had a look and button has disappeared. Submitted ticket. Hope they fix it fast. What a dodgy company to do such an obvious thing? wow….
