  • Just use gambling websites? That's what i do, keep a balance of like 50c and watch :)

    • Any in particular? This sounds interesting

You can also watch on your tv (smart tv using browser or mirror cast) or via your laptop. Most betting sites have this feature but the quality is pretty horrendous on large screens. It’s primarily for phone usage. Just note that you can only watch games live… and most games are on during the day, so depends if you can stream live games.

Another important note is that it’s sometimes not very reliable, not sure if they limit the amount of simultaneous streams but sometimes it takes a few go’s to connect and sometimes it disconnects and you just need to reconnect.

I’ll be signing up to NBA league pass if I can get it for $16AUD

    • Yeah most want to watch on their TV’s and not on a phone.

      • Chromecast ?

Definitely sounds like a great scam .

You can’t cast from gambling apps or websites. Even if you could it would be horrible quality.

          • @TightTerry: Thanks for that saved me the effort . We already pay for Kayo but my son was asking me about it yesterday .

      • i watch on my laptop, i wont mention any sites but most of the 'big' companies stream all games

  • The pause and disconnect trick doesn't seem to work for me this year. I am still able to chromecast it to my tv and get the full 720p quality most of the time. Maybe if I watched a lot of games everyday, going through a more expensive option would be the way to go, but this suits me fine.

Highly recommend anyone who wants to have a decent experience with league pass to take the $46 option and not have to worry about a vpn. You’ll battle with an Indian VPN on league pass. Not to mention things like Apple TV’s, chromecasts and NBA app on smart TV’s become next to impossible or impossible to use.

    • You only need VPN to sign up not to watch the games.

      • Diff with Indian league pass

      • Not through the Indian Sign up. All the other countries you can sign up through VPN and then watch without VPN. However with Indian league pass you need to watch through an Indian VPN.

      • You need to watch the stream from an Indian IP. Doesn't mean you can start the stream then cast it to your tv. I would not recommend this deal if you plan on watching directly from your device. The quality is horrendous.

      • Ok sorry, haven’t used India League Pass before. That would suck eggs. Will pay $46 or use my betting app.

    • I have bought the Indian von option the last 2 years using IP Vanish. It’s sufficient but not great. What’s the $46 option you are referring to? Interested for Season 20 - 21!!

    • I use Windscribe for my VPN and have been using Indian league pass for the last 2 seasons with no issues at all. Once the stream is running, you can turn off the VPN and the game will still play (not that I've ever had streaming quality issues when leaving the VPN on for the entire game either).

That being said, I don't have a smart tv/apple tv etc, so I can only speak to my experience on PC's/tablets/mobile phones.

    • I have already subscribed a VPN for something else and just signed up via India VPN.

Watched a game while connected to an Indian VPN (not streaming since it's night time here) and speed is perfectly fine.

      Can't beat $16

  • I’ve been using the Indian league pass for a month now (I paid about $19). I would have paid the $46 as I think that’s really reasonable ( vs the $300 they wanted when i went to sign up!).

All being said I VPN to start the game, then turn of the VPN during the game (a little slow when skipping 10s/1min ahead with VPN on). So if you want to save the $30 you should be right :)

    • Is there a reason to turn off the VPN in the middle? I just kept mine on and it's perfectly fine.

I use a paid VPN tho not a freebie one but what I save with a $16 annual league pass already paid for the VPN cost.

People still watch this after that HK/China/Uyghurs debacle?

    • They were ment to stop?

      • So they shut up and dribble when it's China. Ok got it. I thought their rules is to be the voice of the people especially the oppressed.

If you scream about people eating caged eggs but are willing to support a league who is vocal with everything except when it comes to HK, you're not who you think you are

  • signed up for it. Has opted in for free trial. Got debited $US 1 and any email saying will be charged ₹999 after the trial ends. Does anyone have a same problem? I've contacted them and now waiting for a reply
