    Quick addendum: the Google Pixel 3 and 3XL might be compatible if the IMEI number starts with 99, not 35. Apparently they blocked phones starting with 35 from using eSims, which includes Australia. The newer Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL models are fine.

    This might save others from going and getting their physical sim swapped for a much more convenient eSim only to embarrass themselves and have to swap back again…

    Unfortunately not. I'll be doing some testing with some of the Chinese eSIM enabled watches when I get I get the chance, but at this stage it's phones only.

  If I purchase a physical sim / microchip can these plans be added onto that sim later or If I already have one of your sims can this offer be added?

    I've linked all of these Data Plans to each eSIM profile, so that they can be delivered automatically. I'll see what the response is, and if there are any leftover, I'll look at manually re-assigning them.

  Hello,
  For the family pack - SIM Card it says it is for dual SIM and WiFi Hotspots, if my phone only has one sim slot, am I able to still use that SIM?

            @Flexiroam: Up to you;The Jakota Triangle consists of Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. You could just add South Korea and Taiwan because you already have Japan.

    Yes it does. We recommend setting our eSIM profile as "secondary data".

    We also suggest disabling your primary SIM's data connection whilst travelling. Most carrier's don't charge you unless you make/receive a phonecall or send an SMS. Inbound SMS's are typically free & Flexiroam has a unique outbound calling feature that presents your home mobile number (available on Global Plans)

  A word of warning. eSIM does not work with Pixel 3 AU variant. You may find Pixel 3 got eSIM support in general on Google. That does not apply to AU version.

  A word of compliment. I purchased the eSIM 3GB plan for Japan and found out it does not work for my Pixel 3. Chatted with James on the online chat and he helped me to swap to 2GB plan with a physical sim at 10.30 pm. This is what you called service! The two plan work out to be the same price, both very good value I have done my due diligence as an ozbarginer!
