What was incorrect about my comment?

    • THe model in officeworks is 1052TU….not 1025TU…..this one has the WIFI6 per HP website, hence why I bought it over the 52TU as identical otherwise

  • I know it's your first post. Put the price up son

    HP envy

    Not really

  • Why does these come with only 1 year warranty when all other brands give 2 years?

    • -5

      Call HP and ask them.

    • Im using my credit card for extended warranty of another year….the guy in store mentioned it came with two when I asked about the JB Hifi Warranty (under 1000 its a direct replacement and not repair if you purchase theirs), one from manufacturer and one from JB once that finished….but I am not 100% sure.
So didnt buy it, figured two years should be fine for something less than 1000

    • It'll be 2 years. The manufacturer does 1 and JB adds on another.

    • What brands? I see one standard year everywhere except expensive business models

  • Unfortunately I bought this only two days ago for $999 on sale haha - going to have to claim back on my credit card for purchase protection…first time I am going to do it, be interesting.

  • spreadsheets and light browsing

this will be more than suffice. one concern is the 256G SSD is a bit small, after full office suite, a few of adobe products, win updates, RAW photos videos from DSLR, streaming, a few movies on the go, etc. it'd be full pretty soon (mine laptop was 256G as well, it was a constant struggle before upgraded to 1TB), and common wisdom is that never reaching above 80% of SSD's capacity.

and if u have to be nitpicking, keyboard backlit would be nice, no need for full-on RGB…

    • I'm moving the wife's pictures, etc to OneDrive (Bing Lee O365 Home deal) - the laptop we are replacing had a 1TB NVME….but I dont want to take the strips off the bottom and try to line them back up to undo the screws to change them over unless I get desperate!

  • Link is broken and its gone from the store too?

  • Coming in late anyone have a reciept that I can try to get them to honour same price?
