Bought $15.49 but only get $7.04.Yes, the cashback amount is always calculated using the price (amount) before GST. Shopback usually takes away the GST amount before calculating the cashback.
The capped cashback is a killer here.
If they wanted a publicity stunt they could have done 80% cashback, capped at $5.
