Free Infinite Rewards Card - ClubTelco

540

Hi Guys,

ClubTelco is giving you an infinite rewards card if you like them on Facebook.

The infinite rewards card info can be found at: http://www.infiniterewards.com.au/
The card is valid for a year and it usually is not that easy to obtain so this is a great deal. (ie. Some energy companies give them away on contracts.)

They posted mine within 2 days.

Some of the things on offer:

5% off Coles/Woolworths (In the form of a prepaid voucher)
20% off the Groovetrain
KFC offers
Various travel, dining and flower vouchers

You could technically combine this with the AMEX offer. (You can get a $50 rebate on a $250 voucher + 5% discount.)

Please note the tab on their FB page is broken so you need to go to http://clubtelco.com/facebook/ to redeem it.

Enjoy.

    kfc offers? i'm in!

    edit: can't see kfc offer?

    • that's because the OP was wrong, there isn't any.
Nor for GrooveTrain. Maybe it's state based?

      • There are, it doesn't say on their website but it says on the pamphlet I got. It is state based though.

If you have infinite rewards membership, like the ones given by Group-Buy site, then the above offers are not given to you.

The KFC etc offers are only given to those who have a Physical Card.

I have one that I received free with my electricity company. Complete rubbish, I've not used it. The 5% off Coles and Woolworths ends up being around 1% off after you pay the postage to receive the cards! This applies to all cards on their site, the postage kills the offer. There is the option to pick them up from Melbourne CBD, St Kilda Rd, however, I think one's time and effort is worth more than the discount you're getting!

EDIT - Also your AMEX offer comment isn't relevant, all cards are purchased through Infinite Rewards, not the retailers themselves.

    • I have infinite reward membership free from following offer,
      http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/31736

I regularly use it to buy WISH gift card at 5% discount which can be used at Woolwoths,Dick smith,Big W, Caltex fuel station etc.

And I always use normal shipping method that costs me only 55cent and it does come as registered post.
Also I use Internet banking to pay for it so no CC surcharge…..

      • You're risking 55c unregistered post for what is essentially cash in the mail? Isn't that risky? What if it gets lost in the mail?

      • Yes just received my gift cards. Only paid for it 2 days ago. Ordered it ordinary mail for 55c and came registered so saved $4 and no hassles.

Wow, thanks for the heads up on the pick up option — their address is a five minute walk from me. I couldn't be bothered signing up with Infinite Rewards previously, because as you said, postage basically kills the deal. But a pick up location close by changes the equation entirely for me. :)

This belongs in the forums Op, it's not a bargain as such, just an offer.

  • Just had a quick look through… There doesn't seem anything there that isn't already covered in my Entertainment Book…

    • I just signed up even though I have Entertainment book.
This one gives Wishcards for 5% off (Ent book only does Coles)
      Besides its free :)

ClubTelco is giving you an infinite rewards card if you like them on Facebook.

Since you've given us the direct link,
How do they know if I "Like" them?
    Will they check?

    • You'll need to be signed in with your facebook account when you "like" them. Your name will be added to the list of people who like them. And the fact that you like them will be added to your profile details on facebook.

    • I signed in without liking their FB page - no issues at all.

  • i have one of these cards from when zoupon/deals offered them free …the only thing i order is the $10.50 screen savers for hoyts/village …but they have surcharge fee's for credit card and they can take a couple days to prepare orders …direct deposit has no fees …pickup is same building as DoDo & Vision Laser Eye …i think 600 st kilda rd

  • cant see any Groovetrain or KFC offers?

  • They are flogging these off on their site for $199? Who in their right mind would pay for such a useless card?

    • +1

I think that's the "save $199" angle they pitch.
I also have a freebie account I signed up with to buy cheap gold class tix last Christmas…

      • +1

The kicker is the link to signup for $199 is even dead, I bet no one has ever bothered to try!

  • I can't see KFC as an offer on their website either.

As soon as you sign up, you can sign in. No need to wait for your card to arrive to order Woolies / Coles cards.

Just go to Infinite Rewards website, type in your email address and then ask for your password to be sent.

Got one, not sure how useful it will be but can't hurt to have one. Might buy some fuel cards at 5% off.

Edit: ugh, the spelling mistakes all over that site just scream 'professional'.

you mean like: available to Australian residance only…?

Doesn't it just make you want to do the macarena :)

      • +2

        Yes, I loved that one.

  • umm i just registered for on on the website and it didnt say anything about paying for shipping?

    • No shipping fee for the clubtelco card.

  • +1

Club telco ring me twice a week trying to sell me crap, even though I ask to be put on a do not call list.

They can go eat my junk

    • Eugh, why did I put my real number down..

    • +1

      Haven't had one call. :P
I'll tell them i'm in a contract and it goes for 5000 years. :P

      • +2

oh, you're with telstra too? :)

    • Lucky I normally put my unused VoIP number for this kind of promotions, so they can only reach my voicemail, which will be forwarded to me as email. In either case I won't be bothered or miss out any important info if there is any.

  • -4

I use club telco home phone and internet services and haven't had a problem. Telstra wanted me to sign a two year contract but club telco tells me I can cancel any time without paying fees. Internet is all the same really, I think all internet goes through optus or telstra so best price and no contract is what I am after. I checked the promotion and they have fixed the spelling mistake. When you click the link it now takes you to facebook which you must sign in, like their page and then click on the promotional link. Then give your details and you get the free card.

Cool story bro! Signed up just to tell us that?

      • +1

Yes I signed up just to tell you that and for all the other things that this website offers.

        • well then welcome to ozbargain! we're a weary lot here thanks to having more sockpuppets than a yellowpages commercial..

  • +1

It seems like they have taken the offer off the site and they wrote a status update: https://www.facebook.com/ClubTelco/posts/250169818347210

I guess OzBargain has done it again. :P
