Hello fellow ozbargainers
I'm traveling to NZ for short term and plan to get a temporary mobile number for its 4G data.
The prices on NZ Kogan mobile are very tempting atm in comparison to travel sims ($4.9 for 30 days, similar to deals in oz).
Unfortunately, don't have a relative to order a sim to their address. Just wondering if I can somehow get a sim for my travel?!
I just need data, receiving or making call is not the case for me….
I was also thinking about sending one to my accommodation, but not quite sure how long it takes to get delivered on my arrival, or what's hotel's policies with parcel delivery….
Can you send it to hotel where you will be staying?
Kogan NZ says you can get a sim for @2 from dicksmith stores, but I can't find any physical store…
Was in same position last year, Kogan NZ site didnt offer address other than NZ, decided to go with https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/417349 chose the $15 14 day plan (1.25GB w/150 mins), activated while waiting for luggage to arrive, needed to connect to the airports wifi to make payment with coles prepaid CC that had only $25 AUD on it. Or gamble have Kogan sent to NZ accommodation in advance?
