For people who want to know more about the ingredients:
Carnosine Beta Alanine: Benefits only work if you take 3.2grams every day for it to be built up in your system (just like creatine). It does not provide immediate pre-workout benefits like caffeine or citrulline. Hence, you need to take this preworkout everyday for the (marginal) strength effects to be felt within weeks.

Creatine nitrate: It's creatine - so you need to take this everyday for the marginal effects to be felt within weeks. Don't know why it's in an 'energy' preworkout as it doesn't provide immediate benefits.

Arginine: Useless pump inducer. Doesn't get absorbed well in the gut and hence has no effects. Citrulline is 10000x better.

Caffeine: 300mg - the only ingredient that actually works. You're spending 20 dollars for this only pretty much. The amount of the other ingredients such as tyrosine are not disclosed so can't comment.

Summary: The only reason you're buying this as a preworkout is for the caffeine.

agree. 200x 200 mg caffeine tabs available for $9 online.

I take 4 mg of beta alanine along with 2 tabs for energy burst and tickling effect to trigger pumping.

    • Thsts why you need to take 2 scoops minimum.

      • 2 scoops minimum means 600 mg of caffeine per workout. that's equivalent to 10 to 15 cups of coffee.

        • Still doesn't do much for me… Lol

    • +1

      Underdosed supermarket flavoured caffeine powder.

Never understood the preworkouts with creatine in them either

Oh, I understand it. It's the cheapest way to bulk out the tub and most people buy based off the cool label or brand name.
