        What kind of support a person needs with a vacuum cleaner? Installation, setup, refills, safety tagging?

        There is no even a phone number to call on your website. Nor free return freight.

          Although I have had no interaction with Flora Livings… if it's anything like 'Latest' Livings I expect almost zero support even if it's apparently 'local' or at least shipped locally.

            @H E B: Support is there via email but really sucks. Had a device that died just inside warranty and they refused repair only offered discount on it. Kind of useless for an item that doesn,t work at all. Tried sorting it out but gave up after much frustration

              Yeah with these things I expect pretty much zero support, anything on top is a bonus. All the major sellers from overseas are like that so I guess you pay for what you get! Sucks that your device died just inside warranty though…

              Sorry seller but this is the same price you offered last year, also that was on ebay so surely you can do a slight bit better now that you're selling direct.

    Got one of these from Flora Livings a couple of days ago and I must say im impressed with how well it works. For a genuine AU version I cant complain about the price as it was the cheapest I could find around. I have bought 3D printer filament from Flora on more than 10 occassions and even when there was a color snafu they fixed it immediately so I was confident that the item would get here fast and would be supported. Im not a shill or associated with Flora.
