    Hi Kaz911, Yes that one is valid for 1 month but can only be used on full price merchandise. The one you receive on Thursday will only be valid until 18/9/2011 but can be used on everything, including sale items. Happy shopping! :o)

      Hi, tried using the 20% Voucher that I received this morning at Best & Less Liverpool for items purchased out of the baby catalogue and the Retail Assistant and Manager informed us that it can not be used on items in the catalogue only full-priced items and clearance items. Can you please clarify this.

        Hi Kaz911, Apologies for the confusion I will speak to the store. But the voucher specifically states "*% off full prices, already reduced and Red Hot Buy merchandise" so can be used everything storewide.

    Hi, the 20% voucher will be valid from when shops open on Thursday 8th September until shops close on Sunday 18th September, 2011. The 15% one you receive upon joining the club is valid for one month from date of sign up. So if you register today it will expire on 2nd October, 2011. Hope this helps.

  how do we get the 20% disc voucher? can we use the 15% disc voucher for multiple purchases made on different day/time before the expiry date of the voucher?

    Hi, The 20% voucher will be emailed to all members at around 10am Thursday morning. Both vouchers are for one use only as the original voucher needs to be produced at the time of purchase to receive the discount. :o)

      Hi, the nsw burwood branch does not allow the item to be used on clearance items. Is this correct?

        Hi timting05, it is available at all stores. We will contact the store tomorrow and clarify this with them so if you go in later this week they will honour it on all items across the store. Apologies for this confusion.

  Fantastic news! The Baby Week catalogue has been extended for another week. It will now finish on Sunday 25th September, 2011. So if you haven't had a chance to get to the stores to use your voucher, you have plenty of time now! :o)
