    That "Fortnite" game is actually a bundle of cosmetic DLC for Fortnite Battle Royale, known as the "Rouge Spider Knight bundle". It includes;

    • Rouge Spider Knight outfit.
    • Rouge Spider back bling.
    • 2,000 V-Bucks (worth $30).
    • Additional challenges to unlock additional colours for the outfit.

And guys don't forget, this is the "All-digital" edition so it has no disc drive:

      • No second hand games
      • No buying physical games
      • No 4k blu-rays (this is the only reason some of us are looking at buying a Xbox One S in the first place).

Wow thanks for the comment, I was actually considering this as a bluray player. Not anymore now, cheers.

      • You have to install the game anyway, even with a physical disc. I just find it annoying when I'm comfortable in the couch, ready to play, and it asks me to stand up and put the disc in the console…

and it asks me to stand up and put the disc in the console…

          It’s a tough life.

          • @jaypick: Lol. Actually just understood the initial comment. Didn't realise it doesn't take any disc AT ALL.

    • Fortnite codes can be sold on for a decent amount, I sold a skin I got with my PS4 for like $80 to some Swedish kid on eBay.

  • But those 3 games…

    • same here. I am after one but not sure how much will those 3 games fetch me.

      It's for kids bro

      • +2

        Not entirely.
But I meant in terms of value.

FYI The digital version of Pandemic is free with Xbox game pass

Thanks, but we already have the non-digital version

The board game? How is it?

      • +3

It's still pretty exclusive. But pretty soon, everyone will have it.

        • +1

And your online name is Catchy!

  • I paid that price 3 years ago tho (amex offer :-))

    • lucky you

      • Didn't realise it doesn't take any disc AT ALL. Not the same console.

        • +2

u r even luckier then if ur console takes disc

  • +4

Spend the extra dollars and get a disc drive.

    • +4

Save the cash and get gamepass - also an option

      • +1

I prefer disc cuz you can actually get second hand games.

        • +4

          Yes but gamepass

        • +1

for me, disc drive means i can actually use the surprisingly not insignificant amount of my 360 collection that became backwards compatible. 360 games seem to be 95% of Xbox Ones "Exclusives".

C mon EB Games!! Match it so I can apply price protection!!!!YEllah!!

On the back of 'no disc' comment.

I got a normal Xbox One and looked at Diablo 3, eternal collection. Would have cost me $99 to purchase the softcopy.

Picking up the reaper of souls for $15, and rise for $23 off MS store. Saved me $66.

So a lot cheaper to pick up the normal Xbox with disc for $250.

Won one of these, waited until the last deal ended, sold it new on Gumtree for less than RRP but more than this promo price.

I bought my Xbox One S because I wanted 4K UHD playback so this held zero interest for me.

Good deal for those who are looking for it, but no discs, so no borrowing or buying second hand titles, plus less chance for saving money during sales on software.

If you're looking for Xbox Game Pass for the kids, this will do the job well though!

  • Ahh so this console doesn't take the D ;)

  • This is pretty good if you're a game pass user like me who doesn't have any physical games.

The money saved can go towards a external hard drive.

    • Updated post thanks. They must have price-matched it recently, was still $229 when I had a look this morning
