I reckon! I'm very much for supporting Australian grown, but the cheapest box is $100 (after discount).

      • Yeah may not be for everyone but thought I would share something different !

I think it's for people that don't value money, so probably not ozb peeps.

3.5kg box is $100, rip off!
This is taking advantage of people who panic and can't do basic math because of panic

Agreed - it is literally marketed in a manner to propagate this hysteria and target this group of people.

A business without a social conscious, I'm not proud that they are Australian.

A business without a social conscious

You seriously believe that businesses have a social conscience.

Please give me a (profanity) break.

  • Not a bargain.

When you go through the list and realise there's only 1.18kg worth of nuts and the rest is junk. That's a neg from me.

  • 180gm of pistachios is $7.95. You can buy 500gm of Australian made and roasted pistachios for $15 from here - https://www.royalnutcompany.com.au/nuts/pistachio/roasted-sa…

Most of it is overpriced confectionary as well which is pretty easy to get locally made sources from (even a lot of Allen's stuff is still made right here in Melbourne, even if it is owned by Nestle).
