    1. Dimensions (ie. how high the base is off the ground and the height of the headboard)
    2. How it is shipped (does the base come in pieces and I then assemble? The headboard?)
    3. How does the headboard attach to the base (if at all?)

      (2) Shipping in 2 boxes. 1 Headboard (RTG). 1 Base (Assembly required)

          Headboard dimensions are as follows - 162cm x 115cm.

          The fabric is a commercial grade polyester that has a nice fleck through it - it great for bedding as it is neutral amongst linen.

    Whats a harmonized support system and how does it differ from the budget slats?

      Hi Shmoov,

      Depending on the bed and mattress being used - slats can be felt through the springs, as some springs are taut and others are ineffective.
      Generally speaking, cheaper mattresses and cheaper slat based beds can present this issue.

      The Ensemble base generally avoids this issue and will harmonize any deficiencies in the mattress as the surface is flatter.

      If you have a good quality mattress, this is usually not much of an issue.

    Will it be good for cotton futon mattress? How strong are the slots? As futons are not like spring mattresses, they dont distribute body weights.

      This would do a much better job than a slat based system. Although the futon mattresses are always different, some thin, some thick, so it really depends.
      Providing it is not completely thin - I believe it would be OK.

        Hi, I'm unsure actually. For some reason my security software provider has flagged your website as being unsafe, but so far they have not provided a reason other than warning users of their software not to visit your website. Would be worth contacting Norton to request details. I contacted Norton's support team but all they advised was that details would be provided on their website shortly and to check https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=bananahome.com.au for updates.

            @BananaHome: I have spoken with Norton Support again. They could not provide any evidence as their test log details are not available to the public, however their logs indicate that your website is infected with malicious sources/malnets.

            As I'm am not the owner of the website I am not able to submit the website to Norton for evaluation.

            Norton advised me that you can contact them and they will help you whitelist your website.

            I'm quite interested in how this pans out to be honest.

            If Norton blocked your website and their test logs don't support the claim that your website is infected with malicious sources/malnets, then I would certainly take the position of seeking damages against Norton.
