Neither code or just the $20 code ORDEDAHEAD. I redeemed these codes a few days ago so it's possible they no longer work. Anyway I managed to get $70 credit between 3 accounts $30 + $30 + $10.
On their Facebook page they just promoted the $10 credit so they mustnt know it can't be loaded up to $30. I feel bad taking advantage of a small business during these tough times :(

I don't think ORDERAHEAD10 is targeted. ORDERAHEAD may be but I have an account where I redeemed codes REDEEM20, ORDERAHEAD10 and the one for the free cheeseburger previously so 3 orders yet it still worked for me.

I presume they altered it since then to just be for new users and deleted the previous post. Anyway I managed to redeem the code for $20 just the other day so your mileage may vary.

$20 code worked for me, $10 did not work (says I'm not eligible), I am a new user who just downloaded the app and registered, of note it would not accept either code until I added a payment option. Either way discounted chicken for dinner ! I Love Charlies :) Thanks OP

Worked for me. It automatically deducts the $20 after you hit "accept" on the payment.
At first I thought it wasnt working until I actually pressed pay.
