About 4 weeks ago, I purchased some TM Lewin shirts, my first purchase from them.
Delivery was slow, understandable given flight schedule changes and less cargo capabilities.
When I received the box, it had my address on the Australia Post sticker, but someone elses address on another sticker elsewhere on the box. I thought it odd, but hey they had my address, so I openeed it. They werewen't my shirts, and the invoice was to the second address on the box.
No problem, I email the [email protected] address. After 3 business days, no response - not even a ticket acknowledging the issue. I tweet to their @tmlewinhelp handle. No response.
Now I understand the UK is shut down, but you'd think an Internet business would be equipped to work remotely, especially when they are still sending out promotion emails and running sales on their website.
My advice - don't buy from TM Lewin at the current point in time…. and potentially anytime in the future if this is their service capability.
PS - If Anyone knows a Mr (name removed) in Hillarys, WA, tell him I have his shirts. (Edit - found him)
As the saying goes - No shirt, no service.
