    Timbs run big, I'm usually a size 12 with Nike, but with Timberland boots I buy 10.I recommended you measure the length of your foot in cm and match it with the sizing guide on the Timberland site.

    Slightly big. I'm normally a 9, I got 7 1/2s in the normal ones and I fit in them but I wish I'd gone another half size up.

    I think they are .75 inch soles. 6 inch I believe refers to the high top (ie. where the shoe comes up to your ankles from the sole). You would definitely be able to tell if they were 6 inch heels/platforms!

    I have worn riding boots with 1.5 inch heels and even then you get comments from others about the high heels so I don’t think you would want such a shoe if it did exist, unless you want unsolicited comments on them.
