    their delivery has been really slow lately, I'm still waiting on my 2 preiovus orders made at early April

      I ordered 19/03 still hasn’t arrived. This is the reply I received.

      Given the global developments around the Coronavirus outbreak, please understand that delivery schedules are subject to change and we have no control over decisions made by our courier partners.

      Once the situation has calmed, we will, of course, be able to chase this up for you and if necessary refund or replace your order should it still not have arrived. Should the courier return your order to us, this will be refunded on receipt and you will be notified.

      Over a month and still nothing.

      • I can confirm, ordered 22/3, nothing arrived yet. I asked them for an update but they don't even bother responding to me.
        The tracking I got was updated to delayed on 27/3 with no further updates to tracking; since then also no news from them - besides emails about promotions to buy more …

        • Seems everyone is not getting their orders delivered since mid March, their facebook page also has many comments asking where is their delivery.

          I think everyone understands that there could be delays, a simple email to explaine to delay would be appreciated.

          I know some businesses are taking orders and using the virus as an excuse for slow delivery, then cancelling the order months later due to no stock, using this cashflow as a tempropry interet free loan.

      I'm starting a new job in a few weeks and really need these by then.

      Although a great deal, I'll be looking elsewhere and maybe grab these as a backup.

    I still haven't received my order from 20th of March as well as no reply to my email chasing this up from a week ago. Not happy :(

      I'm still waiting for an order from 19/03 and I haven't received a response from CS.

      • I got an email reply from ocs, they said We are experiencing delays as you are aware however all orders are either on their way to Australia or awaiting to be processed with AusPost.

        Not very useful, I think it maybe due to the limit airlines coming to Australia

          • @dasher86: I got the follwoing msg from TM CS, they didn't mention anything about the slow delivery, I had to conttact OCS to check.
