Best Wireless Earbuds for Running & Physical Activity (< $150)

Fellow OzBargainers!

I trust that we are all keeping well during this time and getting our daily fitness in.

I currently own these Jabra wireless earbuds (https://www.ebgames.com.au/product/pc/243944-jabra-sport-pac…), while there's nothing wrong with them, I run every day so they're slowly showing wear and tear.

Does anyone have any recommendations around the $150 mark or less?

Thank you in advance!

Big fan of the AfterShokz Trekz Air bone conductive headphones. I run with it sometimes and like it because you can hear your surroundings. Might be just a little over your budget but worth considering.

+1 for these. The price moves around a bit, so may indeed be just above your price point (looks like $169 ATM on Amazon), but frankly I would simply say pay your money and don't look back.

  • My Samsung Galaxy buds are pretty good, great sound, low profile and secure when running. They do cut out a lot of ambient noise, but have an ambient sound mode using which I believe you can turn up or down to suit. I run around a park so I don't mind.

They've been around $130-150 on here lately.

  • I've got the Sony SBH56. It's a bluetooth receiver that has a 3.5mm jack for earphones.
Works pretty well but battery life is between 5-10hrs.

    I swear by Jaybirds headphones.

I had X2 then X3 now use vista

The vistas have been on sale a bit lately and good guys commercial had them super cheap too. But they are a bit of a tighter fit in my ears than the X2.

HPpy to answer any questions if you have some

    • How much is super cheap?

      • I just checked $183, not sure if you budget stretches that far

  • i have the jaybird x3 and they're great, don't fall out.

however, my go-to for the last couple of years has been the jabra move wireless, which are basically on-ear bluetooth headphones. they sit on your head pretty comfortably during running, and being able to quick flick them off (unlike buds) is a real plus. i was a bit skeptical about headphones for running but i'm really glad i gave them a shot.

  • I've got the creative Outlier Gold and they're perfect for runs and everyday listening to music. They claim to have a battery life of 14 hours in a single charge which is what drew me to them. I run marathons with them and have no issues. I also use them all day during work and they still have plenty of battery life to spare.

    https://www.lypertek.com/tevi
Just bought Lypertek Tevi based on good reviews. They haven’t arrived yet, so can’t give personal review.
Cost is approx AUD $145, use a credit card that doesn’t have international fees if possible.
