I was using the ear buds yesterday, when the left earbud stopped working. I tried all the troubleshooting/resets available online.
During the troubleshooting I was experiencing issues with the light inside the case not flashing which makes it impossible to pair to the phone.
Update: went into HN, they replaced them on the spot. Do you think I should update my new pair ? Anyone else experienced similar issues?
I've had issues with mine once but nothing like the level of problems you've had
