Nature's washcloth they call it. I use that stuff from Chemist Warehouse. It goes on half price special every now and then.
I bought the psyllium husk from Woolworths and mixed together with a half bottle of Metamucil. Has some taste, not too sweet and cheaper too.

How regular is this price?
This stuff is good. I was losing weight and I stopped at the same weight for a long time and then I saw a body builder saying getting regular makes a huge difference, if you have never tried this stuff you don't know what being regular is and once I started taking it my weight loss started again. Also take a probiotic which made a difference.

Strange that the images on the Amazon link show 673g but the others are 798g. Both for 114 doses.
The 798 is the granular vs smooth of 673, different texture.
Though Amazon shows 'natural granular' flavor as having 673g as well.
