@Kista: Well I tried my luck with the local Harvey Norman and Good Guys, they wouldn't budge from the current $239.
Tried JB Hi-fi, wouldn't match the $189 as it's below cost. Best they would do is $215.00

Samsung sux. Spoke to live chat - they passed me to the online store email and advised to raise the there. All i got was an auto response.
I tried from like 4 different emails too.

My buds were dead on arrival with the right earbud not connecting.
More than 30+ mins on the phone to get to "send them back and we'll replace them within 14-21 days".
Hours later still waiting to get the return slip so I can post them back.
Anyway, terrible company to deal with and I reckon I'll just get a refund and find something else to spend my money on.
Sorry to hear mate. Thats actually garbage that you need to wait a potential further 21 days to have a working product when you've already paid.
How long did they take to get sent out ?
Yep, they are really difficult to do business with. Amazon or Apple would have sent a replacement item by now.
I ordered on the 9th and they arrived on the 13th. They said they would arrive on the 12th.
I've asked for a supervisor to call me so perhaps they'll sort it out, but I doubt it. In fact, I doubt the supervisor will even call at all.
