There is only so much your body can absorb at once, I actually break them in half for morning and night consumption. Better day long release than smashing 1 in the morning I've found.
And every now and then you'll forget to take the second half so these 200 tabs might last 250 days

Is multi vitamin worthwhile?
Multi vitamin? In my opinion, no.
This however is not that, it's a B Complex meaning it's only the vitamin B's. I use it for a few reasons but one is because I stopped caffeine years ago and found this helps keep my energy levels up through the day, in a different way to how caffeine works of course.
Multi vitamins are a waste because there is only so much they can fit in a single pill and often they are made of of ingredients you shouldn't take together (counters each other)

Yes i too found my energy levels increased taking B group vitamins. Especially B6 and B12. Militvitamins have other vitamins like Vitamin C good for keeping your immune system strong and defend agains coronavirus, Just know Multivitamins contain less B group Vitamins than the Mega B tablets. That is the only difference.
100%. I also take B6 and B12 separately due to a deficiency, likewise zinc and to a lesser degree, magnesium. For those I buy better quality versions than is available in Australia,through iherb.

If you have a diet with some fruit and vegetables then you are unlikely to benefit from vitamins.

Did u know you can buy some Vitamin B6 powder and make your own capsules on eBay? Much cheaper than these premade tablets. Cenovis are drug dealers and put a lot of fillers into these tablets to make them soo big.A Cenovis tablet weighs 0.7G while the actual Vitamin B content only weighs at most 50 micrograms. Other formulations only have 10 micrograms. Where does this extra weight go ? Bindings and fillers. When i do buy my vitamins i buy it from Chemist Warehouse. The quality is much better than Woolies.But i am still getting ripped off but get the convience of having a premade tablet
