I bought my queen mattress 3.5 years ago. I also noticed the sagging. I mailed them yesterday through their warranty claim. Got a confirmation that they will replace it 1in 2 days. Atleast, that worked for me. I might be wrong, but I think if we have the whole mattress lying on a flat surface, as opposed to slats, it lasts a bit longer?
15% off $1000 order is a great deal. If under $1000, you would be better off using the long-running Finder code (AFFFINDERM) to get $150 off.

Uncomfortable mattress.. all paid reviews make this mattress looks great and make customers like me to purchase it and live with it..
Don't they provide a 120 night trial?
Also for anybody else reading, you can message them for a topper that goes over the mattress and it will increase the firmness or softness of the mattress. Ordering the topper will reset your 120 night trial. So you can effectively get a 240 night trial.
I have an EVA queen mattress I bought two and a half years ago which I’ve been pretty happy with. So much so I just bought the king size as I’m upgrading my bedroom. It has pocket springs as well as foam so has a nicer bounce to it. Price without discount is comparable to koala
I deeply regret ever getting my koala mattresses. I have a King and a Single and both are sagging after more than a year. Specifically the king that I sleep on is so uncomfortable to sleep on (don't know about the single as haven't slept on it but I know it has started sagging on one side). But if you check previous deals this issue comes up frequently
The discount you mention is pretty much available all year round. Even when no promo codes are advertised, if you add it to your cart and don't pay they will send an promo code to entice you. You can even email or start chat with them and they can provide you a discount code as well that is not advertised anywhere.
