      Soz. New poster.

  • And store in title

  • We've seen $12X before…

    • What? When was it $120ish???

($150ish before delivery is the cheapest I've seen - paid $165 delivered for mine!)

$152 seems to be the historical cheapest on Ozbargain.. when and where was it that price?

Cheaper apart from Amazon…. Why wouldn't we buy from Amazon?

Besides the ethical dilemma of supporting a company that probably doesn't care too much about it's workers?

probably easier RMA/Warranty with Harvey Norman idk lol don't quote me on that

Yeah cuz ol'Gerry is an angel sent from above…. :P

        • Too true…

I don't think ozbargain cares about the ethical consequences behind a deal.

Breville The Smart Grinder Pro: Made in China

Amazing how it’s easy to be principled when it suits one and without principles when it doesn’t.

Between the 2, I rather my money go to Bezos

    Is this not RRP?

      $369 @ Myer

    • I've been watching the prices of these the past couple of months, it's varied anywhere between 199 and 369 but generally sitting between around 199 to 250ish

      • You can get these on sale down to ~$150 if you wait.

        • I had been hoping it would get to around that price but I bought from Amazon yesterday because I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I’m sure there’ll be a sale once it’s in my hands

          • @Chickenleg: Was there a specific reason for you to not wait at least until some EOFY sales kick in? I would've waited it out if it meant saving ~$40-$50.

            • @Trishool: Yes, i'm impatient and compulsive and wanted one right now.

  • Can you use it as spice grinder as well?

    • +2

Handy to dispense in 28 gram doses.

    • +1

You can put marbles in it but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Seriously though, don’t use it for spices unless you want to dedicate a machine to spices. It’s not super easy to clean.

  • It's $229 at David Jones plus add further 10% off… So HN is the cheapest at the moment

  • For anyone that has the Good Guys Commercial account, this grinder occasionally still pops up for $163. I noticed the price varies daily, so maybe its depending on their stock levels or on competitor prices?

I managed to pick mine up (in black) 2 weeks ago in NSW.

    Good Luck.

Edit: Did a quick check and they only have Silver @ $226 and non in black.

  • I paid $169 a few months ago from HN.

  • I bought it last year for 155 from Myer eBay. Had to return since Mrs thought it was too much for a coffee grinder. Now bought the same for 199 from Myers to enjoy nice coffee in iso. Absolutely love it and one of the most exciting things of the morning and a few espressos to get through the monotony of the day

  • Stack with Amex DJs dealx2 (Spend $100 get $15 back) and can get for $176.10

    • Can you pay in two separate transactions online?

      • eGift card may work (although haven't tested myself). Didn't realise extra 10% ends tonight. Might be able to price match in store or over phone

        • Good point, hadn’t thought of eGift cards!
