  • Mine shows $69.95 but sold by IT_Depot, could be fake though?

Also have the option of $89.94 direct from Amazon which does seem like a great price!

    • Yeah you may have to click other sellers, $89.94 sold by Amazon Au

    • Anyone used IT_Depot before? They seems to always have the cheapest SD cards on amazon.

      • They have had 7 reviews in total, 6 of which are positive.
        So not too many buyers..

        • Most of the reviews mentioning the same test…

      • Yeah, got this exact model from that same seller. Seems legit. Loaded it up with 200GB of content and it seems happy.

    • I've updated URL to reflect Amazon AU as the seller.

$69.95 (+$5.50 shipping) for same model on another Amazon page. Got one a couple of months back

    • That's sold by a third party seller and not fulfilled by Amazon AU

Ships from and sold by IT_Depot.

      • +1

        Yep, but cheaper.

        • +1

I wouldn't really care who sells is. As long as it's legit.

How's your experience been, is it legit?

          • +2

@montorola: Yep, seems legit. Just checked it and I've only filled it with 85GB of content at the moment though. Have had more on there in past

            • @hotphil: so is the concern with fakes that they don't hold the advertised size? or slow? or die quick? or all three?

I've only bought cards for my phone off ebay and never thought about authenticity. but i did have one die. just couldn't write or delete but still read all the data.

              • +1

@Juice08: Yeah, there's some obvious fakes out there, like 2TB cards for $10. But there's a good few that may sound legit and may even report the advertised size when inserted, but are usually say 8GB and you'll run into issues if it lets you try to put that much on to it. Some of them look obviously fake - Wish.com is awash with them for example - where the lettering painted on them is just plain the wrong font.
Usual rule of "if it looks to be too good…" applies. Only buy from sellers you trust and you'll be fine. In the past I've even bought from JB etc (I know, I know, not OzB style) just to be sure of getting legit ones quickly.

              • @Juice08: All 3

        • Yep but not an approved reseller.

    • Hey so i bought one of these. Figured i would brave it. You're happy with yours so far? No issues? Pumped it full of data before?

      • +1

Yeah came in legit retail packaging. Have whacked 200GB on it (and read that data successfully). All seems ok.

        • Thanks. I dont need one bad enough to pay full price for it. Just want a cheap/large storage to hide things away

        • +1

Got mine yesterday. Eventually I filled it with 350gb. New laptop/SD slot issues at first but resolved. So far so good.
          Thanks again!

  • Will these work on a Nintendo Switch ?

    • +1

yeah worked no dramas with mine

  • Are these good for mavic mini?

    • Write speeds might not be, research the minimal write speeds for the drone and this ones.

  • This went to $72 at the last Black Friday sales and from Amzon not 3rd party.

  • Newbie question, would this work in a gopro 7 black? thanks

    • +1

Write speeds might not be, research the minimal write speeds for the camera and this one.

It might do 1080p fine but issues with 4K

      • Thank you, I wasn't sure what to look for.. Looks like I need to get a U3, not a U1.

  • +1

Just grabbed it for $93 couple days ago…NOOOOOOOOO

  • Anybody who bought from IT_Depot knows if they got legit card?

Dropped to $77.91i now, only $2.46 compare to IT_Depot price. I would rather go safe with Amazon US than IT_Depot.
