    The website looks good, but doesn't work very well.
    I keep seeing random people's basket, it even logged me in as someone else at one stage.
    Nice prices, nice goods but I'm not going to risk it.

      Depends on your credit card.
      I find in GBP it is marginally cheaper but if your card charges you a fee to convert currencies it is probably cheaper to go AUD

        I bought a pair of sunglasses, some beanies, a belt, some singlets and some shirts.

        I've tried earrings before but unfortunately my ears can't really handle them and my lobes swelled up like a bitch.

      They typically make sure prior coupon codes expire when these sales are up. And even when they're not, you wouldn't be able to stack them.

        That's for credit cards. I specified paypal. Did the maths and paying GBP using paypal still comes out cheaper.

    ozbargain is making me poor! Thanks OP, the site settled down after a while.
    I paid in AUD as I couldn't be bothered working out whether GBP was better or not… plus (paying with cc) you usually get extra fees from the bank. I'm sure any difference would be less than a couple of dollars anyway.

        i just wanna mention another website mymemory. when it did free shipping, i was a big fan of it. but then it starts to charge about 2 pounds for shipping, and also they dont ship big item like a good camera bag to australia due to the high postage cost.

    the clothes size 6 @ASOS/thehut are in UK right?
    6UK = 6AU or 8AU?

      It's hit and miss but from my experience, most of my purchase were based on 6UK = 6AU (although their sizing chart says otherwise). But you can afford to go a size down if it is a loose fitting piece. Likewise, if you were between a 6 and 8, and it is a tight fitting piece, I'd go the 8. Really depends on the item/material etc, bit of trial and error with ASOS' sizing.
