    REP, I'm putting on an order for pickup but I am being charged some unexplained tax of around 3%. What is this? When selecting delivery, the tax is higher (separate from delivery charge).

      Hi, I assume that you have ordered some food product does not contain GST. Delivering fees is including GST so which you select delivery option the tax will increase. However, those TAX are all including and shows in the products price and delivery fees. It is not extra charge you need to pay on the checkout page.

        Hmm…. Not so sure. It itemises the product prices, shows the total, subtracts the 15% discount, and then adds $1.86 tax, which is definitely being added to the total of the products. Perhaps you could look at it during pickup?

      Hi, Yes, we can deliver by express post using carrier post. Just select the delivery option to "carrier post" and leave a note to state "Request Express Delivery". We will use the fastest delivery option to deliver to your area with the same standard delivery price.

      Please note Carrier posts only allow to deliver Non-Frozen / Refrigerate items and you won't receive fast as usual on this COVIC19 period.
