Looking for a good camcorder around $200

Found this benq one no reviews on it so not too sure if it is any good.

anything better than this it for my sister in law bday.

I saw a Sony model at Harvey Norman for just under $200 a week ago. I think I would rather a Sony than BenQ. A lot of these other brands have really poor lenses and CCDs.
And someone just posted a Canon at Good Guys with an 8gig card for $199 http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/54093
