Thanks just did this, was painful but got there with 3 at about $217. Lady argued with me at special order desk that Bunnings don’t price match against amazon, lol

      • Don’t you just love the heroes that try to deny price matches & have nfi what they are talking about, same with with Officeworks

Yep, grumpy grumpy one. Made her call up manager who told her in front of me that Bunnings price match Amazon 😁 thanks for the tip, otherwise would have totally forgotten to get the extra 10% off :-)

Need a consolidated Hue/Amazon thread at this rate.

Good deal, but you can always just buy any light and put a Hue bulb in it.

      White lights matter.

      • Thanks for reminding me to get a black light… my orange T shirts/sweaters look so epic in black light.

  • Waiting for the Lily to go on sale

The outdoor pedestal Calla (full pack) is also on sale for $124. I’m waiting for the light strips to go on sale!

    • Lights strips are/were super cheap on ebay, you just need to add a ZigBee controller.

      • Cheers. Do you have any tried ones you can recommend? eBay is a large sea of uncertainty. And I would prefer something I could control from my phone/home app. Thanks

The last ones I bought were Gledopto the ebay listing isn't there anymore but 4 of them cost $88 and the listing had
"ZigBee RGB+CCT RGBW LED Strip Controller 12V 24V for Echo Plus"
Apart from Gledopto you have www.amelech.com, and an rgb + white dresden elektronik controller, which has been stable for 4 years but I don't like how it gives you 2 lights in the Hue app.

          For LED strips 5m 24v was $18 shipped, I used: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/RGB-CCT-LED-strip-light-5050-5M-…

RGB CCT gives you the widest possible choice of colour/shades.

You just need controller + LED strip + Power Supply 24v or 12v.

Haven't read but it might provide some insights: https://www.reddit.com/r/Gledopto/comments/bpvuxd/gledopto_l…

They become an RGB Hue light, just like original Hue.

  • Is the fuzo pedestal like the others where it's plugged in?

    • nah mate each one needs hardwiring - had same question and asked philips.

  • back up to normal price now

    • Still shows on special for me now
