I get my mentos from my local reject shop. 135g (50 pieces) for $1 a pack. Works out cheaper than this deal once you take shipping into consideration + you don't have to buy over a KGs worth.

Reject shop stock is from Indonesia. My guess is these will be the same.

    • Yup,,, they wud be from Indonesia as last time I ordered it came with disclaimer on pack "to be sold in Indonesia only" !!

      Bonus - I recieved 200 Indonesian Rupee coin i.e. $0.02 = Bargain!!!

    • The 50 piece bags are more of a bargain anyway. The Reject Shop also stock the 446g bags being sold in the 1-day deal which are ~$3.40(ish) a pack (165 pieces) - Don't quote me on the price, but I do remember that it was more of a bargain buying the 50 piece packs. :)

Either way, it'll still end up being cheaper at The Reject Shop whether you get the 50 piece bags or 165 piece bags when compared to the 1-Day price + shipping.

Worked for me. Shipping rate did not go up when I ordered two lots. =-]

    • thats a heck of alot of Mentos!!!

      • look out for coke soaked backyards soon :D

  • Every time I think of Mentos, I think of a spoof advert video named poontos.

    It's NOT safe for work.

  • Sweet, 2.6kg coming my way!

  • I don't mind things being from China as long its external to my body, most of my furniture and a whole lot of other stuff is from china. Think computers, white goods , toys and almost most other things.

When it comes to things I eat I prefer it being from either Australia or non china.

Really scares me after I heard about the baby formula fiasco there.

don't worry. China export carries a much higher standard.

      • Exactly, heaps of food comes from china.
I actually am more afraid of seeing foods where I know they are made but I have no idea how they got here.

eg. I've seen juice bricks made in israel - Dont think they're a fruit growing nation
chocolate from eastern europe - chocolate comes from subtropic places
I think milo cereal is made in brasil - I forget if its actually corn or wheat based but why not have them made in AU or USA who are large corn/wheat producing nations anyway? I know brasil is one of the largest produces of oranges though.

  • Why negged on dealman?

  • better to buy private insurance with good dental cover before you buy this offer.

  • gonna take years to finish it lol!

  • The local Red-Dot stores here in Perth have the Indonesian Mentos at $1 for the 135g packs as a regular price. $10 for 1.35kg.

  • yah… picture is in Indonesian.

  • My local reject shop has them for $3.50 a pack
