a speaker like this just looks so out of place in an ordinary house
you need a very modern home kitted out by an interior designer to pull off this look

well ordinary houses do not have a $2000 speaker

Actually saw one of these at a client's home, 100% accurate comment.

This won't go well in a share accomodation or povo house (mine). Will stick to a good ol edifier.

    • You mean regular cheap houses with cheap things?

Only 4 in stock. Was about to buy 7 for my Dolby Atmos setup - so disappointed.

Only four? Perfect for my car, one for each door.

      Sorry guys all mine.

Get a metal strip and you can use them as giant headphones - one on each ear.

Should I buy this or 60 Google Mini's?

What will give a better sound experience in my living room?

    • +1

10 Google Homes would be better

    • 60 minis in a hexagon shape for sure

    • I'm looking to get Google Assistance for weather reports. Would 60 Google Minis work?

this or 6 homepods, i wonder which ones louder.

    • Defs this, 1 gets surprisingly loud…

  • A rich person's pin board?

  • I had one in my old office and it looks nice, sounds nice but is a complete pain in the ass to configure etc

    • if it was a first gen, it was pretty difficult. 2nd and newer much easier

  • Thanks, bought 5, one for each room, for a mega surround sound experience.

    • having a speaker in other rooms doesn't make it surround sound fyi, you need to out them in another house, like my house, so send me 5

  • Their Beosound 2 is worth it though for that price. Absolutely gorgeous! Mrs disagrees though…

    Which generation is this?

    • Almost certainly not 4th gen. I would guess 1st or 2nd.

      • Second Gen
