Yes. The reverse is also true, you can double click the Tile on your keys to make your phone make a noise (if you have bluetooth turned on, they work via bluetooth).

Works well in the background unless you turn your Bluetooth off - then it doesn't work at all!
Yeah but it never works and you constantly have to pair it again or reset the Bluetooth on the device.
They sent me a replacement saying my device was faulty but the replacement does the exact same thing. Not once when my keys have gone missing has the find function worked. Absolutely useless.

These are very approximate in their location accuracy. I have these (the latest Pro versions) and it proved not only useless in helping me find my wallet, but led me on a wild goose chase. I was out for dinner with friends and realised I'd lose my wallet (I'd placed the Tile Pro in the zippered coin section). After I registered it as lost, the app notified me that it had been found and showed it being in the food court across the road (that I hadn't been inside at all). So I left the restaurant and spent over an hour searching the food court, asking patrons there if they'd seen it, searching the road next to it. Then two hours later a friend found the wallet - at our table in the restaurant where we were having dinner!
That said, the Bluetooth audio alerts work great when I can't find it at home or in the car - if you're within range, it sings out and is a great stress reliever.
Just take its map feature with a grain of salt.
Maybe thats why. I don't lose my keys multiple times a day, I misplace them maybe once a fortnight.
Maybe activating it so often stops it from breaking/hibernating whatever it is. However have a key finding device which stops working after a week seems dumb.
Same experience here, constantly drops out and every time I've needed to use them they can't connect, either to find my phone or find my keys. I have 4 of them, all the same, complete waste of money.

Yeah been waiting for Airtags to launch. Hopefully an announcement of some sort at WWDC.

Got some of these, Good concept but not too reliable, 1/2 of the time can not find the keys although only less than 5m away. (or vice versa)

Don't know if they have changed it but when I got some of these a few years ago you had to buy a subscription. After the year was up they stopped working unless you were willing to pay for them again. Plus they were really inaccurate (I had them on my cats, and when one was sitting right next to me the app said she was a kilometre away on the other side of the highway). Would never buy again.

I own a few of these. Quite unreliable, it doesn't work when the Bluetooth isn't connected. And it gets disconnected a lot! You'll have to keep reconnecting once in a while which can be bothersome

For those talking about reliability, it seems to be related to how your phone's power management sleeps the app.
I disabled sleep for the app and this stopped happening, but sadly my battery life really suffered for it.This is on Android mind you, I don't know how iphones handle it. But as others have said, Apple have their own alternative on the horizon.

Would love putting one in the Suitcase and give it to the airline, only to takeoff and see on my app that it's not in the plane 😏So we've reached the point now where all the checked luggage could theoretically be transmitting and receiving wireless signals the whole flight from passenger phones. Not concerning at all.

Both dont have replaceable batteries tho, just fits the wallet better.$79.00 @ Harvey Norman for 4 tiles (not pro). I bought 4 last week and the android experience is somewhat disappointing in comparison to iphone.

Bought these from last deal and would like to share my experience. I've put them on my wallet, the alarm is barely audible. The app is ok for me but some people were having Bluetooth interference after downloading it.

I bought few “swift finder “ for $15 clearance. Saved me many times. Best investment. Can use it as selfie button. Warning if your phone and tag seperate. Tested it outdoor - Range with clear line of sight is around 50 m.

Mine were delivered today. Gave one to a friend. Mine works flawlessly (paired with a Galaxy S10+). My friend has hers paired to an iPhone 11 Max Pro and it immediately had issue with bluetooth and finding the tile. I'd stay away from these if you're pairing it with an iPhone.
I got a pair from JB HiFi Miranda this afternoon. Installation was smooth on my iPhone X. I have been using a Tile Mate(2018) for more than a month now without any issues
Perhaps she was just unlucky. Either way, glad yours are working.
