Does is make a good cappuccino. Scale of 1-10.
Smart usually means controllable over the internet, doesn't it? I can't see how that might be something useful for a desk lamp.
If you just mean an led desk lamp with changeable colour and brightness, I have this one from Amazon:

It runs on an internal battery and charges via USB, so I just leave it plugged into a USB port on my computer. I'm not sure that it having a battery is really all that useful.
At $40, it's the lowest cost led lamp I could find. The only issue I have with it is that the buttons are very sensitive - I sometimes change the settings when I don't mean to.
How does one rate performance of a smart lamp?
