Much prefer these over Chobani, delicious!

  • Yoghurt is a really good way to eat lots of sugar. This one however hasnt been tampered with!

Stick with greek style or natural yoghurt and you'd be fine

    • Still has around 12g of carbs from the milk

  • What's with this outdated, unhealthy, low-fat obsession still in 2020? Haven't people caught on that quality fat, including saturated, does not cause heart disease (there was never any evidence whatsoever!) is actually far healthier than eating refined carbohydrates?

    • Scientists or the media keep changing their opinion and people are confused and don't know what to believe so yes many they think fats bad for you.

    • Quality fat man. Thats where its at. Also causes atherosclerosis.

      • That's the point, fat per se doesn't cause atherosclerosis. At least saturated fat does not. Inflamation promoting polyunsaturated fats are a different story. Atherosclerosis is now thought to be caused primarily by hyperinsulinemia brought on by insulin resistance due to chronically high blood sugar. This is now a widespread problem that does not get enough attention. Educate yourself and don't spread outdated bullshit because this is a serious health issue, more so than covid-19 even, in terms of numbers and societal and economic impact.

  • Went to 3 woolies that state they had it in stock, all shelves were clear.

You may want to go early in the morning when they open.
