Saw this at Woolworths today. Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew 1.25L Pep bottle only 79 cents a bottle at Woolworths. http://upload.ozbargain.com/2011/10/28/7038_photo1.jpg
This weeks special is 4 for $5 which comes to $1.25 a bottle. This is far cheaper and you don't have to buy 4 bottles!

greenpossum on 29/10/2011 - 16:13 ¶Yup, spotted them. Unfortunately it seems only the sugar drinks have codes.

+1 voteStay strong Shamu. I too once had a Pepsi Max addiction. A bottle a day at least for more than 15 years.
One day, I got sick and when I recovered a day or two later, I tried Pepsi Max again and I couldn't stand it, really couldn't stand the taste.
I gave it a day, tried it again and it still was revolting. It's been more than five years and never have I wanted to touch it again.
My body / mind did something for me that my rational mind couldn't do for itself. If only I knew how it worked, we could cure addiction.
A strange but true story.
anonymous92 on 29/10/2011 - 16:48 ¶Bought 4 boxes pepsi and 2 sunkist, considering xmas and summer are just around the corner a great time to stock up!!!
+1 voteGerrardLFC on 29/10/2011 - 17:54 ¶Just came home with 50 bottles, going for more tomorrow :)
Got mix of Pepsi Max and Sunkist Sugar Free

got about 15 bottles just then. I dont want to overload on sugar, but dont mind Pepsi everynow and then and free tshirts are cool. The Pepsi Max still had an old competition on their sticker so didnt get them. only the pepsi, lemonade and a few solos had tshirt stickers.

No idea how people are getting 50 when there is a limit of 24 per customer.
I've been thinking about how much some people drink and imagine if you combined all the drinks you have consumed in your life into one situation. ie. it would be like >20 pallets of drink. How CRAZY is that?
+1 voteblackrider89 on 29/10/2011 - 20:13 ¶All limits are bullshit and unrealistic though…
Firsly, staff would never care. Secondly, if they care they may not dare to say a word. Lastly, one can check out at a self-serve counter…
+1 voteOur duty manager said today just to run it past him when someone tried to buy more than 24, got to a point where he couldn't be bothered anymore, and just told us to let them through.
Don't think it really makes a difference to the store, because it's stated as "while stocks last" and "no rainchecks".
+1 votekeep in mind the tshirt rules are different this year
From what I've read so far, there are 400 tshirts a day available to those who bid with their accumulated points from their bottle labels. So you might be lucky, or another day you might be bidding against Broden and miss out.
Good luck everyone, and even better luck against being bashed when you actually dare to wear the "won" tshirts !!

Does anyone know what the deal is in SA with softdrink prices ? We are always more expensive in SA on anything with container deposit (ie these are 90c each here in SA). I always assumed the bottle deposit scheme was funded by the state government and not the manufacturers, am I incorrect ?
blackrider89 on 31/10/2011 - 19:59 ¶Of course it's the state government or at least a governmental agency.

huntress_love on 02/11/2011 - 16:25 ¶darn it how did i miss this….
anyways $1 at coles for schweeps!
