it's powerful then most electrical pressure washer but not enough to clean concrete.
u need to use some acid +brush to help you clean concrete.if you want to clean concrete without acid~use the petrol engine one (300$+) they have real 3000+ rate PSI

I've been thinking to spray the concrete with bleach as that's what I use to clean the shower every now and then; but not sure whether it's going to take a long process.
HCl can get it at bunnings
I borrowed a petrol engined pressure washer to do Mum's concrete. Without chemicals it quickly returned near charcoal driveway, footpath & gutter to original concrete colour. But apx 2 months later began discolouring again. Bunnies may hire petrol pressure cleaners & advise how to use chemicals. Google it as well.
You can use bleach, but a powerful enough pressure washer will remove the mould without it.
I've used the Karcher model to remove 9 years of green mould caked on from pavers and concrete. Bleach poured on first then pressure cleaned. Takes hours and hours unless you have expensive industrial equipment. Chew through the power aswell. Hundreds of dollars extra in the next electricity bill. Better off hiring someone else to do it with garden maintenance.

11kwh x .25 (approx cost of power) = $2.75So you would need to run it for 182hrs or 7.5 days to cost $100. That also presumes 100% duty cycle I dare say in the real world you wouod need to use it for 2 weeks+ straight non stop to cost $100
Most electric hot water systems are 3600w or so and are on for several hrs per night.
@Gros21: Used one when I was moving out and no other power was used in the house other than a couple light switches for minimal time. So it was the pressure cleaner that was the cause. (Brand new Karcher). I did argue with the electricity company, then with the ombudsman who managed to drop it down by over a third but still was ridiculous for the amount of power used.

@Whisper Quiet: As already pointed out, it is literally impossible for the pressure washer to use hundreds of dollars worth of electricity in a day or two.
Just hire one for a weekend. Tell the hire place what you want to do. You'll get it done properly then.
Depending on the concrete, be careful with higher pressure units, they can take the top layer of cement off and leave a rougher surface.

Best product is called Wet N Forget. Spray it on and the mould will slowly go away
I have tried a mould removal spray a few times. I find it isn't that effective.
Wet and Forget is overpriced because of the marketing budget. Bunnings sell an equivalent oroduct by 30 Seconds brand with the same active ingredient as wet & forget, I believe it's 30 Seconds Spray And Walk Away.
I like to pressure wash concrete first, then spray this on to greatly extend the time between pressure washings.

Definitely agree with this. Far more effective, as you actually kill the mould, rather than remove only the parts you can see. Either way you're going to miss some and it'll come back, but the chemical option is more effective and kinder to the surface of the concrete (which is likely already damaged from the mould).

I have karcher k2, I was planning to get ryobi one however my main purpose to buy the unit was foam cannon, got my meguiars foam cannon to the bunnings, we couldn't fit it. So I went with karcher k2. It has very short hose (which you get 10m extension but its more expensive than k2 lol) and if you run 15 secs continuously, you get burned plastic smell. Probably I haf to use my warranty at some point. Karcher k4 is good unit but I wouldn't purchase k2 over ozito unless you really want to use foam cannon like me
Foam canon MJJC on a Karcher K4. K4 is JUST powerful enough, next time I'll go k7.
I had a Karcher K2 it was junk, defective from day one. Hose didn't connect properly and kept popping off. Waste of time.

Karcher makes some of the best pressure washers, they're also serviceable and you can buy replacement parts. You also get 7 year warranty.
But if you're bargain shopping then ozito and Gernie will be the brand's for you. Perks of these are:

no spare parts (not even the service centres can get spare parts)
You return it, the Gernie will go to a service centre for 2 months then they refund you as Gernie is no longer replacement warranty.

Had Karcher motor went, overheat. Only used a few times over two years. 1/2 an hour run, left in garage hardly use it.

I've noticed that manufacturers give misleading information and the specs on all pressure washing units for domestic use are given as MAX flow/pressure, and you need to check the actual rated pressure and water flow in the manual. The specs for this given unit are over exaggerated quite a bit.

Yes
If the water doesn't hurt your hand on that distance, you are good to use on your car. These small pressure washer can not damage the paint unless you try really hard with jet nozzle. They are surprisingly water efficient.
My cheap 1400w Alto pressure washer is safe on the car paint except for the license paint, stripped it to the bare metal.

Although it can be used for washing the car you can spray your car all day and without aqgitation like a brush attachment it won't do much except take the larger pieces of dirt off… same as any pressure cleaner tbh.
Yes but due to the low pressure if using a foam lance you'll need a 1.1mm brass nozzle tip as there is not enough pressure to support 2.3mm.
The one from Aldi - I brought it 1.5-2 years back, does a good job cleaning car and patio. Enough pressure to clean concrete in patio, haven’t tested on driveway though.
If you’re just after car wash and bit of concrete or wood, Aldi one is good to go

Nah the vast majority of pressure washers measure PSI at the pump head not the nozzle.
Depending on length of the pressure hose and diameter of the hose you can lose huge amounts of pressure.
We would frequently wash the trucks with a 2800-3000 psi rated unit (petrol) and it won't strip car paint.
3500-4000s though can do real damage.
Would the $129 Gerni be a better buy than this?
YMMV My Gerni broke in less than a year. During that time I only used it about 3 times for washing the car.
Neighbour also said Gerni no good anymore
If you want to clean large areas such as driveways, suggest you use a patio cleaner attachment. The results will be more even and will be done much faster and easier.

for a pressure machine….please always release the pressure after done your job <-very important for the pump.
99% sure this has a plastic pump and the most important thing would be to never plug the hose right in during a sunny day. You will be flushing it with hot water and that's what will kill it quickly. Always flush the hose. It why metal pumps outlast the cheaper ones and give you much higher flow rate which is the most import part
I tried purchasing one of these models last week and was told by my local Bunnings that they're a promotional item only and all the remaining units had to be sent back to Ozito. Check with your local store, but I suspect it won't be available at many places…
Opinions on cheap foam cannons? Can those cheap Chinese ones on Ebay ($15ish) do the job? The only options at Supercheapauto are around $100.
Yeh would be hard tk tell the difference in them. Just get the correct adapter for ur unit and of you have a low true psi system you'll need a smaller nozzle hole to make the most foam. Tho I've never seen any that cheap. Generally $30 to $40

The price is for the higher quality. Cheap ones on Ebay have plastic that will break under the high pressure. This one use brass with brass attachments for Karcher & Gerni

Foam cannons are just a fad, trust me mine is collecting dust.
Get yourself some bilt hamber auto foam and apply using a pump sprayer at a 4% ratio in warm water (this stuff is insanely popular on the detailing world forum, for a good reason).
It literally melts the traffic film/bee poo away (even after 3 months, I'm lazy yeah), leaving little residue leftover for the contact wash to residue the likelihood of swirls..Are you rinsing the foam off or using it for the contact wash?
You must rinse it off otherwise all the dirt and particulates that have been lifted off will scratch up and swirl lots on contact wash..
With ceramic coat you really only néed to foam and rinse without contact if you do it weekly or fortnightly
