A couple of recent price drops for a few items I've been watching (free delivery to Oz for orders over £25, currency conversion done via Google with VAT removed already).

And before anyone ask, all UK Blu-ray's are the same region as Australia, so they should work in local players without any issues.

      Season 1 is really good…..although only 6 shows.

      Only seen the first 2 shows of season 2 and they are pretty average.

      Obviously they only had approval for the first 6 and really this should all be season 1 so the middle is just a bit slow…..hopefully will pick up.

        I only started watching 'The walking dead' last week. I was never a fan of the Zombies and bloody guts & gore but i've always liked the whole 'Apocalypse' theme.

        It turned out to be pretty good (If you can stand a lot of gory scenes).

      Worth watching once. Your better off buying the comic on which its based if you want to go through multiple viewings. I haven't read it yet, but the characters in the tv show are fairly 1 dimensional, you just grow to hate them and root for the zombies.

          the comic has more room to explain the story and character development is much better, the action is much more drastic and gory, when you follow it you will feel for the characters. The live action has hardly any room to grow due to tight budget constraints and probably maturity rating restrictions but the potential is there.

      I'd say it's worth it. The series is certainly not without its problems, and nothing so far has lived up to the pilot episode (which is very good), however on the whole, it is a pretty good series and worth watching.

      Besides, only 9 episodes have aired so far, so it's not exactly a significant time investment ;)

      YEEEESSSS!!!!! … its basically like.. Left 4 Dead, but in real life. Ie. you don't have people running around, jumping over buildings, shooting guns like no body's business.

      it's more like, what would probably end up happening in a zombie apocalypse, also the first season was AMAZING!, each episode is about an hour, (from memory might be more/less… might be more like 45-50mins due to commercials etc)

      but it is truly a very interesting series to get into…

      yeah season 2 is a liiitttllleee slow, but it just started, and its still good tv. :)

      The Walking Dead started as a comic, the comic is still ongoing and it's one of the best zombie comics I've seen.

    You should mention shipping costs or the £25 pound spend needed for free shipping.

      Yeah I wouldn't buy the UK version, out of all the genres a zombie movie/series is the least one you want censored imo.
