If you have a look at Mygroceries.com.au previous psots they always get positives. RARELY have i ever seen a negative, or someone whinging about them posting up the deals in an easy to read format for all to see.

As Ebay would say A+++++++ from me.

        Thanks XCelR8

PainToad, of the 133 specials this week, we've documented, ordered and posted the top 30 by %age discount and by $$'s off. We thought it was useful, most people do. Can't please everyone I guess.

Also it looks like the +ive button broke soon after I posted this weeks specials. Talk about bad timing.

Looks like we miss out on the front page for the first time in a very long time :(

      Lol, +ve'd by jv. Typical.

    • oh boy, a new JV is born every 72 weeks

      • +1

At any rate, jv is not an unreasonable guy. He is not so sane though..

The positive button isnt working either! Same for anyone else?

    • +2

      Works for me.

  • 30 listings for Woolies, 20 for Coles?

    Bias?

    • -1

Nah, just when there's more that 20 x 50% off specials, we list the top 30 due to popular demand ;)

No bias here, we just want you to get the best of the best deals, ozbargain style!

  • I would vote negative if I had catalogues delivered on time.
Unfortunately, those delivery people just do not care about what they do.
I've submitted complaints 4 or 5 times, and then I got catalogues for a couple of weeks.
    Then they get slack again.
They just do not care. Every time I have to deal ith them I've got a deja vu of living in one of socialist countries in Eastern Europe where noone cared to do their job properly.

So, definitely +1 vote for an excellent job.

  • I have some sympathy for Pain Toad's view but also appreciate having the specials listed because I don't always get the catalogues.

What I don't like is only getting 20 or 30 of the specials listed on a good week.

If you are putting all the specials into a spreadsheet then re-sorting them to create the 20/30 listing, why not just provide a complete listing?

  • Buying softdrinks is never a bargain.

  • You guys should list the smaller competitors as well - Aldi, IGA…

Sunrice Medium Grain Rice is $14.99 not $15.99.
